Heartland Marimba is seeking new works for marimba ensemble to be considered for performance and publication during the upcoming season’s HMIF (Heartland Marimba International Festival, Nov. 4-8) and PASIC (Nov. 11-14). Selected composers will receive a consultation with Heartland Marimba, performances during the November tour (Oct. 30-Nov. 14) by Heartland Marimba Quartet and/or Heartland Marimba Orchestra, and publication through Heartland Marimba Publications.

Composer LabFest & Coley Artist Practicum 2026 – Updated format: HME2 Intensive Retreat

All Orchestra performers are required to be available Nov. 6-8. Read below for more information. Registration is open from March 1 through August 1 – Music is delivered at that time.
